We know some of you prefer to do things online so we're constantly developing new digital features – e.g. changes of driver, vehicle and address can all be made online today.
We have some new claims features in development, which will be available soon. You'll be able to register a new claim in MyAccount and the information you tell us will go straight to our claims team. They'll be able to start work on your claim immediately.
We're also working on a claims repair tracker, so you can keep updated with the progress of your vehicle's repair.
