Insurance provider Hastings Direct has scooped two top honours at a prestigious industry award being named the Customer Service Provider of the Year and the Personal Lines Intermediary of the Year.
The 2012 UK Broker Awards were attended by some of the UK's leading insurance companies and Hastings fought off stiff competition to win. Hastings has won ten awards for its work in the past 12 months and is shortlisted for over half a dozen more awards in the coming months.
Hastings Direct is one of the UK's fastest growing insurance brokers. The company has doubled its staff numbers in the past two years and passed the one million customer mark this year. Judges were impressed with the exceptional focus Hastings showed to its customers, overhauling the business to ensure that good old fashioned customer service was at the heart of every aspect of business operations.
