Cashback special offer! - frequently asked questions

• Offer valid for customers who obtained a quote and purchased a policy between 07/01/2010 and 28/02/2010 directly from hastingsdirect.com only and is not available via price comparison sites.

• After you purchase your policy, we will send you an email with a PDF link to a cash back redemption form. If you are unable to print this voucher, please call our Customer Services team on 0844 800 3844 and a form will be sent to you. Please ensure you use the correct email address in the quote process to ensure you get this form. You will need to print out this form, complete the details and then post to us within 30 days of purchase date. If your form does not arrive via email then please call our Customer Services team on 0844 800 3844 quoting you policy number and a form will be sent out to you.

• A cheque in the name of the first named policy holder for £15 will be sent to the address of the policy holder within 45 days of the cash back redemption form being returned to Hastings Direct.

• The cheque is valid for 6 months after issue date. If the cheque is not cashed within this time, please contact 0844 800 3844 for a new cheque to be reissued.

In order to be eligible for cash back, the policy must still be in force 35 days after the policy start date.
All appropriate payments due to us in respect of the relevant policy must be up to date and received by us, and any direct debit arrangements must be supported by a valid direct debit instruction.
This offer is not available to be used in conjunction with any other offer and this offer may be withdrawn at anytime.
