

Recognition as Cheapest Car Insurance Provider 2004 and 2005* has resulted in a rapid increase in calls to Hastings Direct. We are now looking for a number of people to join our 1,500 strong team, serving over 800,000 customers.
Our level of investment in staff results in recognition such as Hastings Direct being Highly Commended in the Insurance Times Call Centre of the Year Award.
Hastings Direct is dedicated to providing staff with the training they need to be successful in their role. This includes an initial training course combined with ongoing coaching and guidance and personal development is also encouraged.
We currently have vacancies at our Bexhill-on-Sea, Leicester and Manchester sites.
